It is a web page, so it opens instantly and looks the same on any phone. Allergens are always visible, and the search box finds the croquetas even when they skip the accents.

    They scan

    A QR sticker on the table opens the menu in the browser. No app, no sign-up, and no dependence on your venue wifi.

    They pick their dishes, add notes for the kitchen and pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Bizum from their own phone.

    The kitchen gets it

    Each line goes to its station by category: food to the kitchen, drinks to the bar. Nobody types it in again.

The order never travels through your network

Your guest orders against our server on their own mobile data. If the venue wifi goes down, orders keep arriving and keep getting paid. The only thing left blind is the kitchen screen, until the connection returns.

No order is duplicated
Every ticket carries a unique key. If the phone retries because coverage dropped, it still only goes in once.
No number is lost
Ticket numbers come from a database sequence, not from an in-memory counter that resets.
No machine to buy
Any tablet, phone or computer with a browser. We do not sell hardware, and you do not need to replace yours.

An AI agent handles your restaurant chat: it answers opening hours, menu questions and availability, and closes the booking. It runs on Telegram today. The WhatsApp Business channel is built and waiting on Meta to approve the integration. It only says what it reads from your system: when it does not know, it hands the conversation to a person and stays quiet until someone closes it.

Do my guests have to download an app?

No. The QR code opens an ordinary web page in their browser. There is no app to install and no account to create: they scan and they order.

Do I need to buy any equipment?

No. The kitchen display is a web page, so any tablet, phone or computer you already own will do. The only thing to print is the QR sticker for each table.

What happens if the venue loses internet?

Orders keep arriving and keep getting paid, because your guest orders on their own mobile data against our server. What stops updating is the kitchen screen, and everything that came in meanwhile appears the moment the connection returns.

How does the guest pay?

By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Bizum when they confirm the order, and the ticket does not reach the kitchen until the payment clears. The money lands in your Stripe account and we retain your plan commission. If you would rather charge at the till, you can take the order from the dashboard instead.

Does the free plan expire?

No. FREE is a permanent plan with its limits: 5 tables, 50 products and 200 orders a month. The 14 and 30-day trials belong to the paid plans and start when you subscribe to one.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, from the dashboard and without losing data. The change happens in Stripe and applies once the payment clears.

What do I get for my subscription?

An invoice with a correlative series and numbering compliant with Spanish regulation, issued automatically with every charge.
